The vendor fee is $500, due by October 10th, 2024, to secure your spot.

Dress Code: Vendors are expected to use good judgment and maintain professional taste. Clothing with profane statements will not be permitted at the Event.
Technology: Vendors may use their technology, such as computers, phones, and iPads, during the Event.
Advertising: Vendors may use posters, banners, signs, and other tools to advertise their brand, products, and services uniquely.

I. Vendors shall not use the Event Host's name, voice, likeness, or appearance for merchandising, endorsements, or promotions.
II. Vendors will be provided with one table for displaying products.
III. Vendors are responsible for their products and any setup or breakdown of their area, ensuring the space is left in its original condition.
IV. The Midnight Roar Organizing Committee reserves the right to make necessary changes as deemed fit.
V. Midnight Roar and its affiliates will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, nor for any injuries incurred during the Event.
VI. Vendors may not handle items or provide services not disclosed in this agreement without prior written consent from the Event Host.
VII. Vendors must display and sell goods only within their designated area.
VIII. Vendor staff must be properly dressed, clean, and neat in appearance and conduct themselves in an orderly fashion.
IX. Vendors will be notified in advance of teardown times and are responsible for dismantling and removing their items promptly after the Event.
X. Vendors are responsible for keeping their area tidy and adhering to applicable county and state regulations.
XI. Midnight Roar reserves the right to photograph and record all vending activities, and any such content will be used at the discretion of the event organizers.
